When do doors open? How early should I arrive?
The lobby opens 90 minutes before the show, and the House opens 30 minutes before. As traffic and parking can be unpredictable, it’s best to arrive early for a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
What if I arrive after the show starts?
Shows begin promptly at the scheduled time. Latearrivals will be seated at the discretion of the theaters staff.
Is there a coat check or storage area at the theater?
The theater doesn’t have a coat check or storage space. All bags will be checked when you arrive. Please note: Large items like luggage or shopping bags that won’t fit under your seat won’t be allowed inside. Please make other plans for these items.
I think I left something at the theater. Who do I contact?

Are booster seats available?
The theater offer free booster cushions for those who may have trouble seeing over taller patrons seated in front of them. The venue has a limited number of booster cushions which are given out on a first-come, first-served basis.
Are pets allowed in the theaters?
Only service dogs are allowed in the theaters and nearby areas for patrons with disabilities. Other pets, companion animals, or emotional support animals are not allowed. Please call an Audience Services representative on 888-746-1799 for more information.
Are there food and drinks for purchase at the theater?
You can enjoy different snacks and drinks during a show at the theater. There are bars on each floor with tasty sweet and savory snacks, refreshing wine, local beer, and yummy cocktails.
Are children allowed in the theater?
Unless specified otherwise, children under the age of 5, including infants in arms, are not permitted in the theater. Each show provides its own age recommendation and parental guidance details on the show page. It is advisable to refer to this information when determining if the show is appropriate for your child.
Is there a dress code?
There’s no particular dress code.
Does the theater have listening devices for the hearing impaired?
Yes, they have infrared listening headsets, and they are provided for free on a first-come, first-served basis. You can find them at the kiosk on the left side inside the main lobby.
Does the theater provide ASL, Open Caption, and AudioVision performances?
Yes. Once dates are confirmed, you can find details listed on the Accessible Seating page.
Is it possible to meet cast members from the show?
After the show, actors may be at the Stage Door to sign autographs and sometimes take photos. If you’re interested, ask an usher for directions to the Stage Door.
