There are several options for seating sections of the Orpheum Theatre, with different pricing for each level. These are:
Orchestra level
For the most intimate performance experience, the orchestra level directly in front of the stage is the best place to purchase tickets. These tickets generally cost more than the other seating options but will ensure you have great views of the stage. The orchestra level is split into four areas – right, right center, left center and left, with the two center sections providing the best views.
Loge level
Behind the orchestra level is the loge level, which consists of three rows spread across four sections.
Mezzanine level
The mezzanine level covers the 8 rows of seats directly behind the loge level rows. The elevated design of the loge level and mezzanine level ensures that patrons can enjoy good views of the stage.
Balcony level
There are five rows at the very back of the seating sections, which are located on the balcony level. The center balcony section offers the most central views of the stage. However, as the venue is relatively small, all seating sections have good vantage points.
VIP experience
For a premium theater experience, you can purchase tickets for the Marquee Lounge for $95. This will give you access to private bathrooms, comfortable lounge seating, and a dedicated bar. The cost of this is additional to the price of your seat tickets.
Assigned Seating
The seating arrangement is clearly set out, and friendly staff are available to guide you to your designated seat. Patrons are asked not to deviate from their assigned seats to avoid any disturbance among fellow audience members. Your cooperation ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Accessibility
The venue has wheelchair-accessible seating and limited mobility seating located at the rear of the orchestra level. There are accessible restrooms at basement level, which are accessed by an elevator.
Any patrons who are unable to climb stairs are advised to purchase limited mobility orchestra seats, as there are no elevators for the upper levels.
Accessible Seating
For patrons needing wheelchair-accessible seating, each individual may purchase up to three additional contiguous seats within the wheelchair-accessible section for their companion(s). This section includes Integrated-Row R with spots for wheelchairs and fixed theater seats for companions, as well as Platform-Row CC at the rear of the Orchestra section, featuring spaces for wheelchairs and movable hardback chairs for companions.
Please note: There are no elevators servicing the upper levels of the theater. Guests who are unable to climb the stairs may opt for Limited Mobility Orchestra seats.
To comply with local fire code regulations, patrons with walkers, crutches, or similar mobility devices will have these items escorted to the lobby by an usher.
ADA and listening devices
ADA performances are available to book for some shows, including ASL, open caption, and audio-described performances. These take place on specified dates, so you should check the details before purchasing tickets to ensure that you book an ADA performance, if you require this.
Listening devices are available free of charge for patrons with hearing impairments. These can be obtained from the kiosk to the left in the main lobby.
